I'm surprised and saddened that my country would post that "Palin met her expectations." This is the reason why our country is no longer respected. It is very sad that leaders, teachers, lawyers, and editors of newspapers would print such mediocracy and hypocracy. We are in school to better ourselves and to become productive citizens. We cannot rule our destiny if we think that Sarah Palin is what America needs. She should never have even been considered for a vice presidential candidate.

After listening to her(Palin)even before Katie Couric, My red flag went up about her competence. Smart people will never be impressed. Leaders in this country could care less about what the world thinks as a whole. America is a disgrace.

Here what students from the University of Notre Dame had to say about the debate!
